From Inverness: (Approx 2 hours)

Take the A835 to Garve.
Turn left onto A832 to Kinlochewe (signpost to Gairloch)
Turn left onto A896 to Sheildaig.
1 km after Sheildaig turn right onto 'Coast road' (sign to Applecross).
Drive for 16kms to Arrina village, turn right into village (over the cattlegrid) passing the Stained Glass studio on the left.
Drive to end of tarmac road and park in car park.
Colonsay B&B is through the wooden gate (3rd house on left).

From the south or Skye: (90 mins from Skye bridge)

Take the A87 between Invergarry and Kyle of Lochalsh.

Turn onto the A890 to Lochcarron.

Turn left onto A896 to Shieldaig.

Turn left onto 'coast road' 1km before Shieldaig.

Drive for 16kms to Arrina village and turn right into village (over the cattlegrid) passing the Stained Glass studio on the left.

Drive to end of tarmac road and park in car park.

From Ullapool and the north:

Take the A835, then the A832 to Kinlochewe.

Turn right at Kinlochewe onto the A896 to Shieldaig.

Turn right onto the'coast road' 1km after Shieldaig.

Drive for 16kms to Arrina village and turn right into village.

Drive to end of tarmac road and park in car park.
